Advanced Title 31 Requirements Workshop for Indian Casinos
This workshop is designed to update you on the most recent Title 31 regulations affecting Indian casinos including "Recognizing Suspicious Activity - Red Flags for Casinos" issued on August 1, 2008 by FinCEN. This workshop will strengthen your AML Program and cover in-depth analysis of risk assessment, audits (daily, internal and external), and include a hands-on workshop on suspicious activity reporting. This workshop requires all attendees to possess a basic knowledge of Title 31 regulations.
